MyTLC App UPDATE:
The MyTLC app for checking your schedule is no longer supported by Best Buy, as it was developed independently by a former employee, and now it is no longer available at the official app stores. However, you can search the internet for the latest MyTLC app and download from other sources, for example from GitHub.
You can still use the Best Buy employee website at www.hr.bestbuy.com to view your Best Buy work schedules, browse your paystubs and notify the company of holidays and days off.
You can also manage address changes, personal contact information, manage pay and taxes, view health benefits and unemployment benefits, COBRA, submit Employment Verification and much more.

There are two different Human Resources websites at Best Buy, which often confuse new employees.
The www.MyTLC.bestbuy.com portal is used for checking employee work schedules from home, getting employee discounts, and viewing salary information and employee information. Employees can also use the website to arrange time off and holidays from home.
The website is run by Infor Workforce, the professional workforce management solution provider, which helps Best Buy to reduce the time spent on planning, tracking, scheduling labor performance and other workforce management tasks. Best Buy can then anticipate workforce demands and schedule the right work coverage in its stores.
The www.hr.bestbuy.com website used to be solely for managing tax filings, payroll, health care, 401(k) plans and for employment verification. However, the Hr.bestbuy.com website will now take you to MyTLC.bestbuy.com.
MyTLC Best Buy Login.
The correct login for the Best Buy MyTLC platform can be located here. Enter your User ID and Password and click on the blue arrow to log in.
To login to the TLC (Time & Labor Center) website, the User ID will be the ID that you received, when you began working with the company.

Go to www.mybbyrewards.com and log in with your Social Security number, not your Employee ID. Your password is the same password you have used for the website in the past.
How much is the employee discount at Best Buy?
Best Buy employees are able to buy items at cost + 5%, which makes for a large discount from retail prices. Many items can be bought with a 50%-75% discount compared to retail prices, depending on the item.
