How to Complain To Costco?

In order to complain to Costco, your first stop should be to relay your issue directly to your local store manager.

[email protected]. want to complain about product pricing in store that is misleading. both 2 items that were represented as a mix n match got cookies and muffins and were told you could not mix n match these 2 items. when talking to store manager they told me that those items were stocked together due to lack of space to put them in separate locations in store. not my fault the price tag said mix n match these 2 items. should have been able to get them for advertised price was told instead of paying 8 dollars for both items combined that I would be charged 8 dollars for each item or 16 dollars total. poor customer relations and felt manager was very dismissive of my complaint. would like reply to this email from a supervisor asap. however, won’t hold my breath and would be surprised if I got a return email response.

I want to know if winners on line are a scam and not Costco related. Does Costco ask for your credit card number and CVA number when they are shipping you a 160 dollar gift and then want you to pay 3.95 for shipping. You think Costco could afford to do that.

Just called 800-774-2678 and am currently on hold. Was told hold time would be approx. 42 minutes. This is the second day in a row I been subjected to excessive wait time. Costco is obviously aware of the problem since you suggested I call back at another time. At what point do you actually do something to rectify YOUR problem? Call me (if someone has the guts) I promise not to put you on hold.

UPDATE: After being on hold for 16 minutes phone disconnected. Does Costco even care about customer satisfaction???

Costco has switched to “flexible bags” that fit the 13 gallon standard kitchen trash cans. This seems like it must have been a cost-saving decision for Costco. Not so good for the consumer. For the first time,I used the bag with some trash in it, as I always do, to empty the kitty litter into. The bag ruptured while carrying it from my garage to the driveway. I do not need to tell you the mess that I had. After cleaning up the mess I examined the bag. The “flexible” part seems like a significantly lesser mil than the rest of the bag. from a consumer stand-point, another word for it is cheap. Please bring back the other bags.

Menomonee Falls, WI, Store #1209, 4/3/17, 2:06PM. This is the second such letter I’ve written in my 61 years. I just had the check-out pleasure of Sara K., OP#6. Sara was not only most helpful with unloading & loading, but displayed a full smile during my entire transaction. I stopped for a hot dog on the way out and observed Sara help many a customer, some elderly, some confused…and that friendly smile never ended. Please forward my appreciation to Sara.

I visited the La Mesa location on Saturday. Alysse was my checker and she was very rude and bossy. She told me I needed to get my picture on my card which was fine but then when I slid my Visa card she cancelled the transaction and told me I couldn’t use that card because Costco only takes Visa. I told her it was Visa and she grabbed it from my hand and said fine and slid it for me. Her whole attitude was terrible. A little embarrassing to be spoken to like a child in front of all the people in line.

The Kirkland Organic Marinara tomato sauce is simply delicious,my son had me try it and I was skeptical…but wow,I am a organic believer now.

When searching for Costco’s store hours on Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, I was mortified when Monday’s Holiday was listed as Robert E. Lee’s Birthday. I came very close to cutting up my Costco membership card and never returning to your warehouse. I took a deep breath and realized that this website is not your official website, but you should do something about it.

It is been 40 days now. Every time they says they will get back to me in 2 business days but never. Even the superviser was called david promise to solve the problem and get back to me in 2 days 2 weeks ago. No one called. No one solve the problem. I just want my own tv back.

We bought a TV from costco and has problem after a year. W called them they says repair technician will pick up for repair. The repair center bring back the tv after 2 days it was working. But same day we find out it is not our tv. Luckily we kept the original box for TV. The number on the TV and box are not mathing. It is been more then a month now.we called hundreds of time to get our tv back. The third part customer service keep telling they are investigating. How can they switch the TV. Unbelievable they do that. Our new TV switched to old and broken tv. Ours is energy star. This one is not.
Every time we spend an hour to explain. Even we offer them we can take a picture of the box and TV serial number.manufacturer number. Manufacture date all not matching. But there is no result.
Really disappointed such a big costco deal with this kind of repair center. Really not happy.
Working as a customer service agent I know we’ll company reputation should be first we have to consider.

Since the date of my husbands death I had to change the account into my name, but was on the account since being with Citi Bank. They made me reregister my account to a new account and now lost all my rewards money. I don’t feel it was right to lose my money since I’ve been a member sine store opened in Naples, FL. Never late on a payment and a good customer. Feeling angry with Citi and wondered if you could help me out. Thank you
